If the district didn't spawn before 12:00 PST, there will be no event there until the next time around.
The next one is 2 hours away, and will not happen before then. |

Some people are saying the higher districts are bugged. I'm in LA 99(which has apparently been here from the start) and we've not had it yet. Other threads are saying similar things about high districts in Kamadan.

I saw presents in Kamadan AD64 - in places that you couldn't reach. I'm currently in AD59 and there are no presents in the places that you can't reach. And there's also a large riot brewing..

Was sitting in LA 100 for an hour, nothing. Jumped into several other even numbers (98,96), they didn't get anything either.

I would have thought Anet would have gone to the trouble of actually makeing sure they would spawn in all districts....I mean, I would have thought they might have tested something like this beforehand....

i totally agree.. this is something they really need to deal with or hire some of us ... on all time zones so we can take care of what is needed as it happens..

I was late - arrived about a quarter past the hour, but figured I'd still get in on the event at a higher district. I waited in Europe English 13 until around 8:45GMT - nothing happened. According to others the event got as far as district 11, then stopped.
It looks like the script doesn't pick-up districts that open "late".
